Under normal conditions, Qitele will delivery the goods in 10-15 days after receiving the deposit. Our shipping department which has rich experience in safety and saving space will load the goods to containers.

In the transportation aspect, most large parts of playground and fitness equipments are transported by sea and air. For small parts, we usually use International Express.

Our service does not stop after the delivery of the project. After the goods arrive at the destination, our advisors are happy to explain what is possible and are happy to provide you with a piece of aftercare, including installation and layout. Even after completion, we are there for all your questions. Thanks to our close connection with clients, we always get the best feedback from children and users of our outdoor playground equipment products.

Qitele warranty is not only just a contract but our personal commitment that we will keep our clients satisfied with their purchase now and far to the future.

One year against failure due to material or production defects on all galvanized and other non-coated steel and metal parts, solid plastic and panels. Beyond one year, but within three years, failure of equipment occurs shall be reported to Qitele. After the technician’s judge, proper replacement or other treatment will be conducted or suggested by Qitele.

Qitele warrants to our products' original customer for as long as they own the product and uses the playground equipments with normal use and installation in accordance with published specifications to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
