We are a team of 60+ employees in charge of sales, after-sales service, designs, new product developments, and more than 550 workers dispatched between: raw material department, Production, Warehousing, Loading and shipping department. Qitele owns many advanced equipments to enhance our playground equipment production capabilities, including 12 automatic welding machines, 2 Automated Paint Lines, CNC laser cutting machines, automatic CNC engraving machines, and CNC planer boring and milling machines.
Development History
1992
We were founded in 1992 and started to produce fiberglass products.
At that time, it was a factory with only a few people.
1997
After years of technology accumulation,
upgraded into manufacturing rotomolding plastic product.
1998
Began to export to Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore,
and OEM related parts for many foreign companies.
2004
Renamed as Zhejiang Qitele Playground Equipment Co., Ltd.,
and our products began to export in our own brand.
2006
The company moved into a new plant with
an area of 9500 square meters.
2007
Qitele Group Co., Ltd. was formally established,
and we founded branches in San Francisco and Belgium.
2017
The second phase of the factory was completed,
covering an area of 26,000 square meters.
At the same year, automated welding robots,
new laser cutting equipment, and automatic painting lines were put into use.
2020
The third phase of “Smart Factory” will be delivered.
In terms of production capacity, quality, management,
intelligent manufacturing, and semi(full) automation,
Qitele has reached the international advanced level.
